Business Phone Service That Fits How You Actually Work
Your phone system should not be the part of the business you are afraid to touch. An ageing on-premise PBX, several locations, or a team working from home can make ordinary changes feel harder than they should.
VCCNet designs, hosts, and supports business phone service on infrastructure we control. We work with what you already own where it makes sense, whether you are moving off an ageing PBX, consolidating locations, or giving home and remote teams a dependable extension.
Fully managed hosted PBX and VoIP for small and medium businesses across Northern Ontario. Keep your existing numbers, use the network you already have. Voice service is available across most of Canada and the US.

A phone service that can move with the business, without losing the context of the network underneath it.
What we do
The phone should help the work move.
We take the phone system off the list of things your team has to worry about. VCCNet designs the call flow, hosts the service, connects it to the network you already use, and supports the changes that come later.
For hosted voice and VoIP provided by VCCNet, the service runs on our private Canadian data centre infrastructure. That keeps the hosted service in Canadian jurisdiction and gives us a clearer view of the network and traffic behaviour that affect voice quality.

02 · Starting price + what it includes
A managed phone service with a clear starting point.
The monthly plan is the headline. One-time work, hardware, and higher-complexity requirements stay visible so the recommendation is clear.
01 · One-time work
Quoted for the setup
Account setup, call-flow design, number coordination, device work, testing, and documentation are scoped to the actual phone environment. One-time work is always quoted, never published as a flat price.
02 · Monthly managed plan
Business Phone Service starting at $19.95 per user / month, plus a one-time setup fee of $199 per account.
For a regular business user on a cloud-based PBX — full features, and Canada/US long distance within the normal limits of a regular user. This is not a call-centre seat. High-volume, multi-location, call-centre and complex deployments are quoted individually. Toll-free setup and usage are quoted separately.
What the $199 setup fee covers
- Onboarding the account and coordinating numbers including porting where available
- Building the call flow: auto attendant, routing, ring groups, after-hours rules, voicemail and voicemail-to-email
- Setting up an extension for each user with softphone apps on desktop and mobile
- Provisioning, configuring and testing desk phones
- Checking the network at the handoff point
- Testing calls end to end before go-live
- Documenting the setup: extensions, call flows, numbers
- Walking the team through it
Hardware and custom work are quoted separately.
